    Do I have to have a juicer??? Or just a blender??
    Is this only juice or other meals too?
    Can I do this working a full time job??? Will I have enough energy???

      Hi Vonnie,

      It isn’t necessary to have a juicer, though it helps. You can certainly make a smoothie in the blender and then put it through a cheesecloth. Messy, but manageable.
